The new ABB Australia website has been launched with a new look and responsive design. The new website is viewable from all mobile devices, making it easier to search and share information.
The new website uses the same platform and design principles as the ABB Group site, which was recently recognised by REBRAND for setting new benchmarks in web experience.
Offering a completely new experience, both in terms of look and feel, and from a structural point of view, the new ABB Australia website is more visually attractive and also easy to use. Moreover, the responsive design of the pages allows the user to browse using smart phones, tablets or desktop computers, while having the same high level of quality and content.
Sally Durrant, Country Communications Manager of ABB in Australia comments that the website is often the initial contact point for many of their customer and business interactions; the new agile and interactive website provides an improved and enhanced user experience for all.
ABB Australia will be making extensive use of analytics and feedback to build a deeper understanding of their users’ needs. ABB is also looking at opportunities to integrate information in ways that bring user value, and projects such as ‘Ask ABB’ are helping the company to create information that is tailored to customers and to the search engines.
Importantly, ABB has plans to make the web more actionable by integrating business processes such as product availability, pricing and ordering in ways that make the experience simple and attractive.
