Technotex Heavy Lift Round slings are made from Dyneema, which is a strong polyethylene fibre that provides maximum strength to weight ratio.
The Dyneema load bearing core helps to reduce the weight of the sling while the tightly woven Dyneema outer cover provides cut and high abrasion resistance.
This combination allows many lifts to be achieved while limiting any potential damage to the coil.
These special coil lifting slings have achieved upwards of 1,300 lifts during trials in Europe.
These Dyneema round slings also have significant advantages in manual handling as their relatively light weight is well below that of the flat woven wire slings or chain slings commonly used.
