ARRK Australia and New Zealand have commissioned the Connex500 3D Digital Printing System, which is capable of printing parts and assemblies consisting of multiple model materials in a single build at the same time. With the Connex500 3D Digital Printing System, ARRK Australia and New Zealand offer speed and flexibility in creating complex parts and models, which require more than one material.
The Connex500 3D Digital Printing System can print single-build models made out of different materials on one build tray and can fabricate composite materials, known as digital materials. The digital materials are created during the build process and have preset combinations of mechanical properties that are not available with single materials.
The Connex500 3D printer, available from ARRK Australia and New Zealand, is a matrix of digital materials that allow a designer to create several prototype options in one build, enabling faster evaluations and decisions. ARRK Australia and New Zealand’s Connex500 3D Digital Printing System is useful for applications, which usually require the gluing of separate parts made of different materials and for end-products involving double injection or over-moulding production.
