I am involved with the design and repair of a large wastewater trunk main in Christchurch. As part of this work I need to divert the existing flows to a temporary pipe (DN900 SDR 17 PE 100) to allow reconstruction of a downstream manhole. I am interested in the use of an inflatable dam to block the pipe when required which can then be easily deflated in the event of a peak wet weather storm event. It might also be useful if it could also be used like a weir which can easily be deflated and re
The most effective inflatable pipe plug for plugging 900 diameter pipes up to 2.5 bar back pressure is 500 to 1000 plug This will block the range of sizes from 500 to 1000mm.
If you require further information about this plug please email me and we will be happy to explore this further with you. my email is - firstname.lastname@example.org
