The 2014 edition of TAITRONICS explores new technology frontiers with its theme ‘Green Electronics, Smart Living’ representing the exhibition’s focus on sustainability and smart consumer electronics.

Being held October 6th to 9th at the Nangang Exhibition Hall, the 40th Taipei International Electronics Show consolidates Taiwan’s electronics supply chain in nine major exhibition areas, with over 500 exhibitors including some of Taiwan’s biggest names in the electronics industry showcasing their innovations in 1200 booths.

Four major Theme Pavilions and over 40 forums will do justice to the globally renowned electronics exhibition’s theme. The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) has also organised hundreds of procurement meetings to bring exhibiting companies and visiting buyers together on the same platform.

Free Metro card for international visitors

For the first time in the history of the exhibition, TAITRA is offering international visitors 3-day unlimited ‘free’ metro passes embedded into their upgraded visitor badges, providing them unlimited rides on the Taipei Metro from Oct. 6th to 8th, and enabling them to see unique cultural sights alongside MRT stops such as the National Theater and Concert Hall.
