Stokes (Australasia) Limited has announced that it has entered an agreement to acquire both ANZ Appliance Parts and Janda Electric Co, continuing the company’s increased focus on appliance parts.
Stokes agreed to pay a combined cost of $25,000 for the two companies.
This follows the transition by the company - which was founded in 1856 and diversified in the 1950s to manufacture automotive and appliance components - which announced in February that it was selling Stokes Badges.
ANZ Appliance Parts specialises in appliance parts sales and servicing, and Janda is also in the appliance parts business.
Stokes’s divisions include Stokes Appliance Parts, Stokes Lighting and Electrical, Stokes Industrial, Stokes Service, and Edis Appliance Parts.
