SER looks to divest graphene subsidiary

STRATEGIC Energy Resources says it is seeking to possibly divest its graphene technology subsidiary Graphitech.

According to SER, the moves toward divestment indicates the maturity of its graphene technology. SER is hoping to dispose more than 50% of its equity interest in Graphitech, which is worth $50,788.

Graphitech is a collaboration between SER and Monash University with funding support from the Australian Research Council. It specialises in developing and applying graphene technologies.
