A factory at Macksville on the NSW North Coast sustained a partial roof collapse during a storm on Monday evening.
The Nambucca Guardian reports that there were several employees in the Main Star factory at the time of the incident but nobody was injured.
The Macksville Fire Brigade was called to the factory following the collapse.
“On arrival, the whole building roof had collapsed in,” Captain Bill Lenthall told the Nambucca
“Fortunately, there were pallet racks right up the middle of the building and when it sagged in, it rested on the stacking.
“Otherwise there would have been much more damage.”
