ELECTRONEX and the SMCBA conference will be held at the Australia Technology Park, Sydney, next week.
Running 10 and 11 September 2014, Australia's largest electronics solution expo will also co-host the SMCBA conference.
This week also marks the last chance to register for the SMCBA conference and its information sessions featuring international experts.
Among the invited presenters will be Happy Holden, a world expert in the field of high density interconnect technology.
Electronics assembly expert Phil Zarrow will also be presenting a 2 day workshop on best practices in electronics assembly, which will examine the adverse impact that non-optimal assembly practices and processes have on product quality and the financial success of electronic assembly businesses.
Dr Charles Bauer is presenting three one day workshops. The first will examine modern design principles and practices. The 2nd workshop will present information on using 3D package on package technology in an SMT world and the final workshop will cover the application and implementation of commercial and development technologies to embed active and passive components.
Additionally, there will be a free seminar on things to watch out for when purchasing or manufacturing offshore, presented by managing director of Techome and Hetech, Mark Steiner.
Electronex will feature over 90 companies and more than 40 new product releases on the show floor.
