The BEUMER Group will be showcasing its extensive portfolio of conveying, loading, filling, palletising and packaging equipment at the bulk material fair Schüttgut 2014 from May 21 to 22 in Dortmund.
BEUMER will be attending the Schüttgut exhibition as a supplier of machinery and systems for the bulk materials industry. Visitors will learn all about the intralogistics specialist’s curved belt conveyors capable of transporting large quantities of bulk material from the quarry or mine to the factory or port cost-effectively and quickly.
Depending on the requirement, BEUMER offers open troughed belt conveyors for higher throughputs and larger mass flows as well as larger curve radii, and enclosed pipe conveyors for products, which need to be protected against the effects of the environment and for tighter routing.
BEUMER also supplies loading heads for fast and dust-free loading of bulk materials into silo vehicles. Their double-walled design separates the dust removal system from the material inlet. The heads can be moved laterally to compensate for minor errors in the position of the vehicle. Various telescopic systems for loading open vehicles without generating dust are also available.
The BEUMER Group offers efficient and optimised filling technology in the form of the BEUMER fillpac. Designed for capacities from 300 bags to 6,000 bags per hour, the rotary packer is capable of processing all types of bags. When fitted with a special bag placer, the fillpac R also fills HDPE bags.
BEUMER will also be providing information on its paletpac range of layer palletisers that handle bags filled with bulk materials. The company has also redesigned the versatile BEUMER stretch hood high-performance packaging machine. This machine packages palletised goods with minimal use of film, and secures loads on pallets with a perfectly fitting film hood.
BEUMER will be showcasing their equipment at the Schüttgut 2014, Dortmund in hall 5, booth J09.
