The APPMA has announced it's joined the PMMI Allied Association Partner Program and will be exhibiting at PACK EXPO Las Vegas in September.
According to Mark Dingley, chairman of the Australian Packaging and Processing Machinery Association (APPMA), the association's inclusion in the program and the exhibition provides an opportunity to further develop its relationship with PMM - the association for Packaging and Processing Technologies (formerly known as the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute).
"This in turn will enable the APPMA to understand where and how the Association can better leverage the PMMI’s wealth of experience, services, publications and research materials," Dingley said.
PACK EXPO Las Vegas, held on 23 to 25 September 2013, will have more than 26,000 attendees from 127 countries, professionals from more than 40 vertical markets, over 1,600 exhibiting companies and over 700,000 square feet of exhibition space.
The PMMI is a trade association made up of more than 600 member companies that manufacture packaging, processing and packaging-related converting machinery, commercially-available packaging machinery components, containers and materials in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The APPMA will be at booth #C-441 within the Association Pavilion. For more information on the exhibition please visit www.packexpo.com
