3.3t LPG lift truck

CROWN has released an upgraded 3300kg-capacity LPG-powered pneumatic tyred forklift, based on its 2000kg-3000kg range. It provides the increased capacity required in many applications without the huge increase in truck size normally associated with the step up to capacities of over 3000kg.

LP gas engine provides high torque at low engine speeds.

A spacious operator compartment and ergonomically designed levers are installed, improving productivity and safety. The powerful and fuel-efficient LP gas engine provides high torque at low engine speeds. It is a 3L engine that has high power and durable components such as a nodular iron crankshaft. The engine has been designed to keep emissions low and to significantly reduce pollutants and harmful exhaust fumes.

Optional features include cushioned lift cylinders, making mast elevation very quiet. A large capacity, dual-element air cleaner can extend service intervals. A high air inlet on the overhead guard allows cool, clean air into the intake system before it reaches the air cleaner.

The top-mounted control valve accurately modulates clutch oil pressure giving smooth forward/reverse direction changes and long transmission life. The high tensile alloy steel axle shaft extends the axle's working life.

A fully hydrostatic steering system and self-aligning taper roller bearing are designed to cope in contaminated and harsh environments with a large number of high impact applications. This also allows low effort steering and faster response driver response times.

Oil cooled disc brakes are recommended for applications in humid, corrosive or abrasive environments, or with ramp, loading or unloading applications. The enclosed brake system eliminates outside contamination, significantly extending brake life and decreasing maintenance costs.

A wider mast width, ergonomically designed lift cylinder and crossbar improve forward visibility for operators, making the forklift easier and safer to operate. Ergonomically designed control valve levers improve operator comfort and clearly identify the control functions. The driver's seat improves comfort and efficiency.

The forklift has a maximum fork height of 3230mm, a maximum turning radius of 2414mm and a total weight of 4830kg. It has hydraulic brakes, an engine output of 2200 rpm, power shift transmission and a wheelbase distance of 1625mm.
