CNC bandsaw with touch screen control
COMPLETE Machine Tools (CMT) will be exhibiting the Everising NC-460HA CNC bandsaw which has a touch screen CNC control and an NC valve which automatically calculates the down feed pressure required for the job that is being cut, the control also has the ability to calculate the correct blade speed required.
Single cuts are easily done with a zero detect plate that rises from the table then retracts and then the job is positioned to the exact measurement programmed, so this eliminates timely procedures of measuring the job manually.
CMT will also be exhibiting one of its CMT 110-ton x 3.1m CNC pressbrakes that are very well priced and extremely good quality with a Delem DA-65W controller which controls 4-axis. There will be a few more Everising saws on the stand.

“We chose to be an exhibitor at Austech because of the exposure to the Sydney market,” sales manager Enzo Salerno said.
“Currently Sydney is not our biggest market and we are trying to break in to that market and to keep our current customers confident in us by seeing we are exhibiting in the biggest show of the year.”
