Electro-pneumatic pressure regulators


THE Bellofram T3000 electro-pneumatic regulators, available from AMS Technical Services, accept unregulated supply pressure and regulate it down to a desired output pressure.


This output is proportional to the user's analogue electrical control signal.Bellofram T3000 regulators use the feedback from an onboard pressure sensor to help lock in the desired output pressure.The T3000 circuitry uses all the information available to it to turn a pair of solenoid valves on and off very rapidly until the desired output pressure is reached.The supply valves feed supply through to the output. The exhaust valve bleeds output off to atmosphere. This is known as feed-and bleed technology.The Bellofram T3000 electro-pneumatic regulators offer a highly accurate and fast response to make these ideally suited for use various industries, such as chemical, pharmaceutical and medical research.Typical applications are control of pressure, control of flow, control of force, control of linear motion and control of rotary motion.The circuit card regulators include standard plastic trays for DIN-rail mounting, alternatively the circuit card (without its tray) can be mounted with 4 screws using the optional stand-off kit.Field mounted units are also available.
