Robots and automation

ROBOT Technologies Systems Australia Pty Ltd are the Australian agents for Kawasaki robots and Staubli robots - both world leading robot manufacturers.

Industrial robots are generally used in repetitive, high volume type applications or to eliminate OH&S problems in applications that may present dangers or health issues to humans.

Robots are the ultimate form of flexible automation - their use can be changed by simply adding new programs and/or hand tooling (grippers, spray guns, weld guns, etc).

For example, the same robot can be used for a wide variety of applications, from welding to palletising to loading and unloading.

The function of the robot is simply determined by what hand tooling is attached.

Due to their relatively compact size they can be installed in areas with minimal available space and they are also easily relocated if necessary.

The Kawasaki and Staubli range of robots is extremely comprehensive, catering for applications requiring payloads from 2kg up to 500kg.

Robot Technologies Systems’ robots can be used for:

* Mig/spot/arc/seam welding

* Palletising and de-palletising

* Material handling

* Spray painting

* Sealing

* Loading and unloading

* Cutting

* Parts assembly

* Polishing and finishing

* Clean room applications

* Research and education.

Robot Technologies are suppliers of industrial robots, however the scope of their capabilities extends from the concept and detailed design stages of automated systems through to the implementation and commissioning stages and production support.

Generally Robot Technologies provide services covering all aspects of turnkey robot systems. In reaching their goal of achieving total customer satisfaction the company offers 24 hour, seven days per week service and back up support.
