Stainless steel pneumatic cylinders

FOUR different styles of stainless steel pneumatic cylinders are now available from Camozzi Pneumatics, represented by Griffiths Components .

Stainless steel cylinders are used in environments where, for hygenic reasons, the cylinder will be exposed to rigorous cleaning, or in environments that are corrosive by nature.

These four series of cylinders are therefore suitable for use in the off-shore, naval, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food industries.

Many and varied applications require many and varied styles of cylinder. Camozzi meet this need through the following variety of cylinders in stainless steel:

Series 90 is built to ISO/DIN 6431 standard, which makes them interchangeable with other cylinders of this standard. The have full 316 stainless square end caps to suit a large range of mounting configurations. They are also dual cushioned to give the cylinder long life and minimise noise.

Series 92 is a roundline cylinder which minimises material used to lighten the cylinder, and gives is a cleaner, simpler profile to make it easier to wash down in hygenic environments.

Series 94 is a compact, roundline cylinder built to ISO/DIN 6432 standard, and also conforms to CETOP RP52-P standard, which makes them interchangeable with other brands conforming to the same standard.

This cylinder is only single cushioned which makes them a little faster, and less expensive. Series 95 is identical to series 94 except that is has dual cushioning which makes it last, longer, operate more quietly and last a little longer.
